Accessibility Statement
Effective Date: 01/08/2025
At Bloom Consultancy, we are committed to ensuring that our Learning Management System (LMS), hosted via Zoho Training Central, is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities or additional learning needs.
We strive to meet the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and follow best practices aligned with the Disability Act 2005 (Ireland) and the Equal Status Acts 2000–2018.
Our Commitment to Accessibility
We aim to:
- Provide equal access to our training courses and platform, regardless of ability or background.
- Ensure content is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust across a wide range of devices and assistive technologies.
- Regularly test and improve our platform to remove barriers to learning.
Features to Support Accessibility
We work to ensure our LMS offers:
- Keyboard navigation support
- Screen reader compatibility for key pages and text content
- Captions or transcripts for video and audio content (where applicable)
- Clear layouts and consistent navigation
- Adjustable text sizes and readable fonts
- Alternative text on images where used
- Minimal use of flashing or animated content
Where Bloom Consultancy creates its own courses, we design with universal accessibility in mind and aim to avoid overly complex visuals, jargon, or colour-reliant instructions.
User-Specific Accommodations
If you are a learner with a disability, we encourage you to:
- Contact us to request alternative formats (e.g., PDFs, printed materials, verbal assessments)
- Inform us of any accessibility barriers you encounter so we can improve access
- Let us know if you require reasonable accommodations (e.g., additional time, visual contrast, screen reader-friendly versions)
Third-Party Tools
The LMS is hosted via Zoho Training Central, a third-party platform. While we strive to select accessible systems, we cannot guarantee full accessibility of third-party integrations. We will always provide alternatives where possible.
Feedback and Reporting Accessibility Issues
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our LMS and training content. If you encounter a barrier or need help accessing content, please contact us:
