Scope
This policy applies to all users who purchase or are enrolled in online training courses provided by Bloom Consultancy via our Learning Management System (LMS), hosted through Zoho Training Central.
It applies to both:
- Individual learners purchasing training directly, and
- Organisations (corporate clients) purchasing training access for staff.
Cancellation Policy
For Individual Learners
- You may cancel your course access and request a refund within14 days of purchase under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), provided the course has not been accessed.
- If the course has been accessed (i.e., you’ve logged in or started a module), the right to cancel is waived.
For Corporate Clients
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing within 5 working days of the invoice date and prior to learner access.
- Once any learner from your organisation accesses the LMS, the course is considered "in use" and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in your service contract.
Refund Policy
Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Technical issues prevent access to the course and cannot be resolved within 5 working days.
- The course description materially misrepresents the actual content delivered (determined at our discretion).
- Duplicate payments or enrolments due to system error.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
- The course has been accessed or partially completed.
- The learner fails to complete the course by their own decision or due to lack of time.
- Refund is requested after 14 days from purchase (for individuals), or beyond the agreed refund period (for clients).
- In the case of bulk or discounted purchases unless explicitly agreed in writing.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Reason for refund or cancellation

We aim to respond to refund requests within 5 working days and process approved refunds within 10 working days via the original payment method.
Course Transfers & Substitutions
In some cases, Bloom Consultancy may allow:
- Transfer of course access to another learner (prior to course access), or
- Substitution with another course of equal value.
All requests must be made in writing and are subject to administrative approval.
Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your request, you may escalate the issue to our Training Operations Manager, or contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) at www.ccpc.ie.Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on our LMS or website and will take effect immediately for new users, and 14 days after notice for existing users.
