Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bloom Consultancy Learning Management System (“LMS”), delivered via Zoho Training Central (“the Platform”). By accessing or using this LMS, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Definitions
  • “Bloom Consultancy” refers to the operator and owner of this LMS.
  • “User” refers to any learner, employee, contractor, or third party accessing the LMS.
  • “Content” refers to all training materials, videos, quizzes, documents, and modules provided through the LMS.
Use of the LMS
  • Access is granted for the sole purpose of professional training, learning, and compliance purposes.
  • You must be authorised by Bloom Consultancy or a client organisation to access this LMS.
  • Users agree not to share login credentials or allow others to access their account.
  • Misuse of the platform, including the unauthorised distribution or duplication of content, is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
  • All content on this LMS is the intellectual property of Bloom Consultancy or its content licensors.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for learning purposes only.
  • Reproduction, resale, or modification of content is prohibited without prior written consent.
Data Protection & Privacy
  • Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Acts 1988–2018 (Ireland).
  • We collect only the necessary data to manage your access, record training completions, and issue certificates.

User Responsibilities
  • Complete all training modules truthfully and to the best of your ability.
  • Report any technical issues or content concerns to the LMS Administrator.
  • Do not upload, share, or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content through the platform.
Certificates and Completion
  • Certificates may be issued upon successful completion of certain modules or courses.
  • Completion data may be shared with your employer or contracting organisation for compliance purposes.
Service Availability
  • We aim to ensure the LMS is available 24/7, but access may be disrupted due to maintenance or unforeseen issues.
  • Bloom Consultancy is not liable for any loss resulting from temporary system unavailability.
Termination of Access
  • Bloom Consultancy reserves the right to suspend or revoke access for violation of these Terms.
  • Access may also end upon the completion of a contract, employment, or training programme.
Limitation of Liability
  • While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of training content, Bloom Consultancy accepts no liability for errors or omissions.
  • Bloom Consultancy shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from LMS use.
Amendments
  • These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the LMS constitutes agreement to any revised Terms.
  • Notification of material changes will be posted via the LMS or email.
Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Fees and Payment Terms
  • Some courses on this LMS may require payment before access is granted. Fees will be clearly stated on the relevant course page.
  • Payments are to be made through approved secure methods as outlined during the registration or purchasing process.
  • Access will be provided once payment is confirmed, unless the course is provided free of charge under a client agreement or promotional offering.
  • Course fees are non-refundable once a course has been accessed, unless otherwise required by consumer protection legislation.
  • For corporate clients, invoicing terms and access rights are governed by the separate service agreement with Bloom Consultancy.
